Purple Trillium

Purple Trillium

In the hundreds and thousands of Trillium that grow in the forest only a small few are purple. If Trillium are rare, this is a four-leaf clover. Most of the ones that are purple aren’t even this purple. The back of the leaves take on that color before the insides do, which makes this one the perfect subject.
